Madison Pollard joined the Michigan State women's soccer staff during the spring of 2020 as the Volunteer Assistant Coach. Pollard is also pursuing Masters degree at MSU studying Student-Athlete Development, and is also a graduate teaching assistant for the department of Kinesiology.
Prior to MSU, she has coached high school soccer at Forest Hills Central in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Pollard graduated from University of Illinois-Chicago in 2018 with a degree in kinesiology and a minor in psychology. While at UIC, she was a four-year starter as a defender. Her freshman season was the inaugural season for the Flames women's soccer team. Over the course of her career, Pollard was named Defensive Player of the Week and second-team All-Horizon League. She scored two goals and holds the records for minutes played in a career and number of games started in a career.
Academically, Pollard graduated Magna Cum Laude, and was named to the Dean's List, the Horizon League Honor Roll, and the Flames Academic-Athletic Honor Roll.
