Michigan State Women's Crew Races Against Virginia and Navy

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State women's crew raced against Virginia and Navy on April 17 on Lake Monticello at Charlottesville, Virginia.
Against Virginia, the Spartans finished second in all five of their races. However, Virginia, one of the premier crew programs in the country, boasts a varsity 8 boat that is currently ranked No. 2 in the nation. In the race against Navy, MSU dominated its competition. The Spartans won four out of their five races against the Middies.
The Spartans return to competition on Sunday, April 18 when they race against Georgetown and California in Washington D.C. The competition is set to begin at 8 a.m.
