Women's Swim Team Falls to Indiana, Iowa

East Lansing, Mich. - The Michigan State women's swimming and diving team faced a 165-78 loss to Indiana this afternoon. The Spartans also lost to Iowa 154-89. Iowa beat Indiana 128-115
Despite the loss, Rachel Frumkin produced a first-place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:19.47). Dianne Oliver earned a second-place finish in the 50 freestyle (23.41).
Carly Weiden also finished first in the one-meter diving with a score of 292.50. Weiden had a third-place finish in the three-meter dive (268.05).
The Michigan State University women's swimming and diving team (2-7 overall, 0-7 Big Ten) will be in action again on Feb. 18-20, when it travels to Minneapolis, Minn. for the Big Ten Championships at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
