Game Time Set For Men's Basketball Season Opener

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State men's basketball team will open its regular season on Sunday, Nov. 19 against Oakland University at 2:00 p.m. in the Breslin Center in East Lansing. MSU leads the all-time series with Oakland, 2-0, including an 86-51 victory last December.

In other schedule news, the exhibition contest between Michigan State and the Harlem Globetrotters has been moved to Monday, Nov. 13 at 7:00 p.m. The game will be televised by ESPN2. The game with the Globetrotters was originally scheduled for Nov. 12.
