Baseball's Opening Series Cut Short

Troy, Ala. - The Michigan State baseball team's season opening series with Troy State was cut short due to severe weather Sunday, February 25 as the final game of the series was cancelled. The Trojans won the previous two games by a score of 5-4 each day. The Spartans are 0-2 on the season while Troy State improved to 9-4.
The Spartans next action will take place this Friday, March 2 at Florida State when they take on the Seminoles in their first three games of their spring trip.
