Michigan State Women's Crew To Row At Ohio State

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State women's crew will compete at the Buckeye Invitational on Saturday, April 14 in Columbus, Ohio. The regatta will take place at the Griggs Reservoir on the Scioto River and will be split into two sessions, with the first one starting at 10:40 a.m. and the second starting at 1 p.m.
Six schools will compete at the Invitational, five of which are ranked nationally in the latest USRowing and Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association poll. Competing will be USC (No. 2), Michigan (No. 5), Iowa (No. 11), Clemson (No. 15), Michigan State (No. 19) and Kansas.
The regatta will mark the second consecutive week that Michigan and Michigan State have rowed against each other. Last weekend on April 7, the Spartans hosted the Wolverines on Lake Ovid in Sleepy Hollow State Park.
