Women's Crew Readies For The 2001-2002 Season

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State women's crew will hold an informational meeting for interested individuals on September 5 and 6 in the Clara Bell Smith Student Athlete Academic Center Auditorium. Both meetings will be held at 4:30 p.m., and prospective rowers are welcome to attend either meeting. The team is seeking determined young women with a strong athletic background in crew or any other sport. Head coach Bebe Bryans will be available to speak on the crew's upcoming season, as well as answer any questions.
The MSU varsity eight finished 10th at the 2001 NCAA Championship meet, and third at the Big Ten Championships. For more information on the team, the coach, and the past season, check www.msuspartans.com.
