Spartan Baseball Rained Out At Northwestern

EVANSTON, Ill. - The final game of Michigan State's four-game baseball series at Northwestern was canceled Sunday, April 7 following a two hour and five minute rain delay.
After dropping the series opener, 6-3, Friday, the Spartans swept Saturday's doubleheader, winning 3-1 and 9-1.
Michigan State, 19-6 overall and 4-3 in Big Ten action, will entertain Grand Valley State in a non-conference game Wednesday, April 10 at 3 p.m. at Kobs Field. The Spartans resume Big Ten play with a four-game series against Indiana next weekend (April 12-14) at Kobs Field.
