2002 Baseball Banquet To Honor Robin Roberts

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State Baseball Bust will take place Monday, May 20 at the Michigan Athletic Club in East Lansing. This year, MSU will honor former pitcher and member of the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, N.Y., Robin Roberts with the Distinguished Alumnus Award. A reception will be held at 5 p.m. with dinner following at 6 p.m. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased through the MSU baseball office at (517) 355-0259.
Seniors Kevin Crews (Hinckley, Ohio), Kyle Geswein (Dayton, Ohio), Nick Bates (Blissfield), Chris McCuiston (Birmingham), Jared Koutnik (Milwaukee, Wis.), Jon Huizinga (Wayland), Dylan Putnam (Ann Arbor), Mike Salling (Mesick) and Domanick Squires (Rochester) will also be recognized.
