Men's Tennis Match With Fairfield Cancelled Due To Rain

ORLANDO, Fla. - Rain hampered two Michigan State sports in Orlando Wednesday, March 9. After the softball team's second game was cancelled due to unfavorable conditions, MSU's men's tennis team was forced to cancel its match with Fairfield that was scheduled for 6 p.m. The contest was supposed to be the Spartans' first outdoor event this year. Unfortunately, the match will not be made up.
The tennis team will have a lengthy break before hitting the courts again. Its next battle falls on March 18 when it travels to Ball State for a 2 p.m. showdown.
