"I was really pleased with the team for doing a nice job on Saturday. The novices did well, but the varsity eight was stellar. They had a great day and they really executed, particularly against Iowa. They had a great piece against Wisconsin, too, but the second part of it was a little wobbly. Still, a great piece all together. Against Iowa, they really did a great job executing the plan and pushing through that entire piece. It was exciting to see them do so well in their last race before the Big Ten Championship. I am really excited about their boat and its potential."
