EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State men's basketball coach Tom Izzo addressed the local media on Monday afternoon. He spoke on a variety of topics including MSU's upcoming trip to New York's Madison Square Garden for the 2K Sports College Hoops Classic benefiting Coaches Vs. Cancer Nov. 16-17. The Spartans will open against Texas on Thursday at approximately 9:30 p.m. The game will be televised by ESPN2.
