Christen Brown Invited to US National Senior Camp

East Lansing, Mich. - Michigan State senior Christen Brown has been invited to the 2006 Women's Senior National Team Selection Camp, which will take place at Princeton University. The start date for the camp is June 5.

Brown is receiving her second invitation to the camp, as she competed there last summer and nearly made the women's eight. Brown, a member of last year's Big Ten Champion varsity eight, has helped the Spartan varsity to a No. 14 national ranking and a team third-place finish at the recent Big Ten Championship Regatta.
Next up for the Spartans is the Aramark South/Central Sprints, hosted by the University of Tennessee this weekend in Oak Ridge, Tenn. The Spartan varsity was sixth last year, helping the squad to a sixth-place team finish.
