Spartan Golf Classic Scheduled For Aug. 27

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The annual Spartan Golf Classic, the fundraiser for Michigan State men's and women's golf teams, has been scheduled Aug. 27, 2006 at the Forest Akers West Golf Course in East Lansing, Mich. The event is a five-person scramble format in which each foursome will be paired with either a current member or alumnus of the Michigan State golf team.
Singles and twosomes can sign up to participate as well and individual packages are $200. Lunch and dinner will be provided and sponsorship packages will be available.
