EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State athletics launched a re-designed version of CoachIzzo.com on Tuesday. The new site features a complete look at Spartan basketball through video, blogs, and photo galleries. With unparalleled access to the MSU basketball program, CoachIzzo.com will give the Spartan fan and recruit the most complete look at one of the nation's elite programs.
One of the top features of CoachIzzo.com will be the exclusive video content, providing an all-access look at the Spartans. Videos will include post-game highlights and interviews, highlight music videos, behind-the-scenes footage and special features that can't be seen anywhere else. For example, the 17-minute behind-the-scenes video that was shown at MSU's Midnight Madness is available in six parts only at CoachIzzo.com. With National Letter of Intent signing day on Wednesday, Nov. 11, another video will examine the reasons that the current Spartans, highly-ranked recruits in their own day, selected Michigan State as their school.
CoachIzzo.com will also feature a program blog. Updated regularly throughout the season, the blog will include information about the inner-workings of the program that can't be found anywhere else.
Michigan State's current team will be featured, along with different aspects of the Spartan experience, including academics, facilities, and MSU players in the NBA. In addition, the site will feature historical information, including postseason success (Final Fours, National Championships, Big Ten Championships) and Spartan legends.
