EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State men's basketball coach Tom Izzo held his weekly press conference on Monday, Nov. 30 to discuss MSU's Tuesday night game against North Carolina. Izzo offered his thoughts on the state of the Spartan program, the Big Ten-ACC Challenge and the opportunity to play the Tar Heels.

Michigan State plays North Carolina on Tuesday at 9 p.m. The game will be televised by ESPN.
