
Men's Golf Prepares for UK Bluegrass Invitational

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State men's golf team heads to Lexington, Ky. this weekend for the University of Kentucky Bluegrass Invitational. The Spartans will play as a team this weekend, teeing off at the Big Blue Course at the University Club of Kentucky. Saturday's 36 holes begin with an 8:30 a.m. ET shotgun start off the 11th hole.
The Spartan competitive lineup this weekend includes juniors Jimmy Dewling, Dan Ellis and Chris Mory, sophomore Matthew Moseley and freshman Gareth Blease. Mory is coming off a tie for fifth at the Spring Break Championship hosted by Florida Atlantic, and has placed in the top-20 of each of his last two tournaments.
Joining MSU in the field is Akron, Auburn, Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Dayton, Eastern Kentucky, Kentucky, Lipscomb, Loyola-Chicago, Marshall, Morehead State, Ohio, Toledo, Utah Valley, Valparaiso, Western Carolina and Western Kentucky.
Sunday's final round is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. ET with staggered tee times.
