EAST LANSING, Mich. - Due to snow and field conditions, the weekend series at Minnesota has been cancelled. The Minneapolis area received eight inches of snow Thursday night into Friday morning. Freezing overnight temperatures and rain forecast for Sunday, forced the series cancellation.

Big Ten games are not made up for later date.

Next up, Michigan State will host Ball State at home on Tuesday, April 23 at 3:05 p.m. On wednesday, the Spartans will travel to take on Notre Dame at 5:35 p.m.
