Spartans Help Open 2015 Miracle League Season

EAST LANSING - The Michigan State baseball team helped the Miracle League of Mid-Michigan kick off the 2015 season with a meet and greet on Monday night. Rain showers prevented a traditional Opening Day at CASE Cares Miracle Field, so the teams met the Spartans at Eagle Eye Golf Course in East Lansing. The Spartans signed autographs, posed for photos and participated in the introductions of each Miracle League player. It marked the fourth straight year the Spartans participated in the Miracle League of Mid-Michigan's Opening Day festivities.

The Miracle League of Mid-Michigan provides special-needs children and young adults the opportunity to play baseball in a safe, inclusive environment, regardless of their abilities.
