College GameDay Coming To Michigan State

ESPN’s College GameDay will visit East Lansing on Jan. 23 when Michigan State hosts Maryland. This will be the fourth time MSU has hosted College GameDay, and marks the Spartans’ eighth appearance overall, both of which rank first among Big Ten programs. Tip off for MSU-Maryland is yet to be determined.

Michigan State first hosted GameDay on Feb. 24, 2007, with MSU defeating Indiana, 66-58. On Feb. 19, 2011, the Spartans defeated Illinois, 61-57, in GameDay's second trip to East Lansing. On GameDay’s recent visit to MSU, the Spartans dropped an 80-75 contest to Michigan on Jan. 25, 2014.
