Spartans Take Part In Graduation Ceremonies

Michigan State seniors Matt Costello (Interdisciplinary studies in social science), Bryn Forbes (Communication), Denzel Valentine (Communication) and Colby Wollenman (Physiology, Spanish minor) participated in graduation exercises this past weekend.
While it was a momentous occasion for each player, the event meant something different to each one. Forbes called it a "dream come true." Valentine talked about being able to share the accomplishment with family. Costello the opportunity to reflect on all the memories that he'll "never forget." Wollenman described his five years as an incredible experience.
Michigan State's senior class of 2016 is tied for the second-winningest class in school history with 112 victories. Over the last four years, the Spartans advanced to four NCAA Tournaments, three Sweet 16s, two Elite Eights and one Final Four, while also capturing two Big Ten Tournament championships.
