Will be a four-year letterman at Brother Rice High School for head coach Bob Riker . . . Earned All-Catholic League accolades as both a sophomore and junior . . . Collected Underclass High Honorable Mention honors by Perfect Game as a junior, after earning Underclass Honorable Mention as a sophomore . . . Was high school teammates with current Spartans Mitchell Tyranski, Reese Trahey and Gabe Sotres . . . Rated as the No. 1 third baseman in Michigan by Prep Baseball Report, along with the No. 22 player overall in Michigan by PBR . . . Played summer league with the Indiana Prospects 17U-Woolwine team and Chi-Town Cream . . . Also played football at Brother Rice . . . Son of Dan and JoAnne Orlowski . . . Older brother, Wade, played hockey at Oakland, while other brother Mike, played football . . . Intends on majoring in finance at MSU, with career aspirations of owning a business that positively helps people in the community when his baseball career is done.

He put together a really nice summer after his junior year and impressed a lot of people with his bat. He's got a couple things that are hard to teach in his bat speed and strength. I look forward to watching him his senior year and doing a lot of damage at Brother Rice."
