East Lansing, Mich. – Junior guard Cassius Winston (Detroit, Mich./University of Detroit Jesuit) scored a game-high 23 points and No. 6 Michigan State pulled away from Purdue for a 77-59 win at the Breslin Center on Tuesday night.
