Twenty-Nine Spartan Student-Athletes Set To Receive Degrees

Twenty-nine Spartan student-athletes will take part in commencement ceremonies on the Michigan State campus this weekend. Twenty-three student-athletes will receive their undergraduate degree while six individuals are receiving an advanced degree.
"Congratulations to all of our graduates," MSU athletic director Bill Beekman said. "As a department, we are proud of the outstanding work our student-athletes display in the classroom. Their academic achievements don't always get the publicity of their athletic efforts, but they are every bit as impressive."
