On a recent episode of MSU Today, Michigan State Athletic Director Bill Beekman provided an update on the state of Spartan Athletics amid the coronavirus pandemic. The wide-ranging discussion focused on topics such as the safety and health of MSU student-athletes being at the forefront of all decisions, discussions taking place with other Big Ten ADs, athletic department staff being creative while working remotely, department budgets, and how he maintains an optimistic outlook.
