I did gymnastics from Kindergarten to 8th grade and sailed in the summers when I was 6 until I was 18.

My favorite rowing memory was when I got to cox a collegiate 8+ that won gold at the Canadian Henley when I was a junior in High School.

Kinesiology – I had always wanted to be a physical therapist since I was young.

My teammates call me "Jaggy" because my initials spell 'JAG'

Who has been the most important or influential person in your life? Â Â Â
My novice year coach taught me so much more than just coxing and rowing. They taught what it means to be a Spartan, how to collaborate with teammates in order to train for one goal, and also persevere no matter what.
 What was your favorite trip during your rowing career:Â

If you had one person in your life to spend a week with on an all-expenses paid vacation, who would it be?Â

My teammate Annie– we both love to try new things as well as enjoy the little experiences within a trip
 Your teammates are inspirational people in their own right. Tell us about a teammate (current or former) who has inspired you?  Annie Cantu rowed an entire year with a busted shoulder, got surgery the next fall, and still earned a spot in the V8 for the spring.
