Michigan State Tops Ferris State, 92-58, in Exhibition Game

East Lansing, Mich. – Michigan State's men's basketball team returned to the Breslin Center in front of Spartans fans for the first time since March 2020, as senior forward Gabe Brown (Ypsilanti, Mich./Belleville) scored 19 points while 13 different players notched at least one point in a 92-58 win over Ferris State.
Brown connected on 7-of-9 shots from the floor, including 3-of-4 from 3-point land, to lead the Spartans, while freshman guard Max Christie (Arlington Heights, Ill./Rolling Meadows) added 17 points, four rebounds and three steals.

- Ferris State's Walt Kelser, the nephew of former Michigan State standout Greg Kelser, hit a jumper with eight seconds left to cut the Michigan State lead to 44-29 before halftime.
