What does INFLCR do?
The INFLCR athlete app educates student-athletes, coaches and staff for the NIL era in a safe and compliant environment. Powered by our best-in-class content delivery engine, student-athletes can easily access and share content with their fans.
Who has access to INFLCR?
All Michigan State student-athletes, coaches and support staff have access to INFLCR with the ability to view, download and post content from their respective team directly to their social media.
What other benefits does this give to the student-athlete?
INFLCR can be linked to the student-athletes social media accounts and their Teamworks account for easy access and swift posting. The app also helps track social media metrics within their INFLCR profile, showing the student-athletes how their content is playing out across platforms.
What is the INFLCR Verified Program?
The INFLCR Verified program allows the compliance office the ability to track all NIL deals ensuring compliance with applicable NCAA and state legislation.
What is the INFLCR+ Program?
With the addition of INFLCR+, Spartan athletics has secured more individualized assistance in the NIL era, including Fair Market Evaluations of each student-athlete's social media accounts and social strategy evaluation. Spartan student-athletes also have access to INFLCR's Storyteller Playbook through its app, providing student-athletes with a wide-range of easily digestible educational videos on topics ranging from social media strategy to financial education.
MICHIGAN STATE EXCHANGE
The MSU Athletic Department and INFLCR launched the Michigan State Exchange in 2022 – a platform to link Spartan student-athletes with businesses specifically interested in partnering with them. This free service provides a customized portal where businesses and student-athletes can communicate, negotiate and enter NIL transactions.

INFLCR Local & Global Exchanges, available on Teamworks’ Operating System for Sports™, helps streamline the connection between student-athletes and businesses, collectives, and other individuals.
Through the exchanges, student-athletes gain exclusive access to educational resources, such as tax filing tips, brand-building advice, and discounts on tools specifically designed for today’s NIL athlete. The platform also provides schools with reporting on NIL transactions to help ensure student-athletes remain eligible.
