Opening Statement…
First of all, our crowd was awesome tonight. It was great to be back home at the Breslin Center. Really grateful for our fans showing up and really helping us find a way. There's a lot of things we can do better. The best thing about tonight's game is we found a way to win while not playing great basketball. And we had different people step up to help us figure that out. We'll take it. We'll have a lot to learn and, you know, obviously we've got another game to get ready for here quickly.
On impact of Kennedy (Blair) and Rashunda (Jones)…
Well they made some huge layups, you know. Unfortunately, we missed a ton of layups tonight. I thought those two really made critical moments and made big plays. We haven't been in a game like this. We've won games by a lot. We've been behind. We haven't been in a back and forth one possession game, and I thought a lesson that we've learned from before is not to play panicked. I thought there was a stretch in the third quarter where we were playing panicked, and it's like, there's plenty of time. We don't have to get home runs. We just need some singles;Â we just have got to string together some possessions. We came out of that timeout in the third quarter, and, you know, really strung again. We got some real good momentum. I thought our team grew up in that tonight of understanding, just string possessions together. We don't need grand slams. We just need to play good basketball. But a lot learned. I mean, we go 3-for-24 from three and 24-for-68 from the floor and found a way to win. I'm proud of our group for that, but obviously we've got to be able to play better basketball as we continue to move forward. It's always a good reminder. We come off a big win. The game always requires your best, right? The game always requires this incredible level of focus and determination. That'll be important for us as we get ready for our next one.
On what was said during third quarter timeout to swing energy…
I told them that this is the time where we need to be poised. We can't play panicked. I could feel their energy. We can do this. We just, we have to settle in and trust the game.  When we play like that, everybody tries to do it on their own or tries to do it off of no passes and, you know, we weren't effective doing that. I just reminded them to remain poised. We have time, trust each other, and we're going to figure this out.
On Kennedy Blair's hustle tonight…
She made a bunch of winning plays tonight. I mean, she led us in defensive rebounds, too, with 11. We took her out for a short stint because she was tired, and we gave up a bunch of rebounds. I think there's a million things Kennedy does to help our team, but the best thing she does is she rebounds. At the end there too, I thought she came up with big rebounds, a hustle play to hustle down that loose ball. She played to win. Her rebounding for us is great, you know, she had 11 defensive rebounds, which was great. We need more people to rebound.
On getting Theryn Hallock back…
That's going to help us. She's been out a month, and it takes time. There's just a game rhythm that takes some time to get back and to get used to. We're excited to get her practicing, get her better, get her rhythm going. She's dynamic, she's fast, she makes some just really dynamic plays. I'm excited for her to just get back playing and get comfortable again.
