Winter Sport Student-Athletes Earn Academic All-Big Ten Honors

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Big Ten Conference recognized winter sport student-athletes – including 63 from Michigan State – who earned Academic All-Big Ten honors.
To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, students must be on a varsity team (as verified by being on the official squad list), have been enrolled full time at the institution for a minimum of 12 months and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
The selections for the Spartans encompass the sports of men's and women's basketball, ice hockey, gymnastics and wrestling.
A pair of Spartan student-athletes hold a perfect 4.0 GPA – gymnastics' Stephanie Lebster and ice hockey's Dolan Gilbert.
