Kael Wisler Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State wrestling redshirt senior Kael Wisler has been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District squad, honoring his achievement in the classroom this past season.
A Civil Engineering major, Wisler posted a 3.73 cumulative grade-point average in 2025-26. Wisler was an Academic All-Big Ten selection in 2025-26 and was named a PNC Achievers Student-Athlete of the Month in April.
Throughout his career Wisler has been a three-time National Wrestling Coaches Association Scholar All-American, a three-time Academic All-Big Ten selection, a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and a two-time CSC Academic All-District honoree.
To be eligible for Academic All-District, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore boasting a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average. Eligible wrestling athletes must be in the lineup for 75 percent of team scoring events or compete in their weight class at a conference championship tournament.
Part of the CSC At-Large program, wrestling is among the 10 NCAA sponsored sports where institutions can nominate a maximum of six male athletes.
