During each series of the 2021-22 Michigan State Hockey season, we will recognize one of our season ticket holders for their dedication to the program. Fill out the form below to nominate a current Spartan Hockey season ticket holder. The selected fans will be notified prior to the series, and be recognized on the Munn Ice Arena video boards and on the official MSU hockey social media accounts.
