First Mailing Scheduled To Go Out In Late August

East Lansing, Mich. - The first official mailing for next year's Varsity Letterwinner Recognition banquet will be sent to former female student-athletes in late August. The mailing will include details of the event and will request information from the honorees. As of mid-August more than 200 former student-athletes had contacted the MSU Department of Athletics regarding the event, scheduled for Sunday, February 10, 2002.
If you know the whereabouts of former teammates or know of someone who may qualify for the event, please forward their information (name, including maiden name, mailing address, sport(s) and years of participation) to varsity2@msu.edu or call (517) 353-8849.
