Spartan Ticket Turnback FAQ
What Is Ticket Turnback?
Ticket Turnback allows Spartan season ticket holders to return unused tickets back to Spartan Athletics PRIOR TO THE GAME. In turn, returned tickets support the athletic department by giving us an opportunity to resell or provide tickets for community groups while filling seats with other Spartan fans.
Will I get a refund or Spartan point credit?
Spartan point credit and refunds will NOT be given for tickets returned to the program
Where and when can I turnback tickets?
- Online at on our Ticketing Website when signed into your ticket account. Tickets must be returned PRIOR TO THE GAME.
How do I turnback a ticket online?
On Computer
- Scroll over the Tickets tab at the top of the screen
- Click on Sign In To Your MSU Athletics Ticketing Account
- Sign in to your MSU Athletics Ticketing Account
- Click on the bubble with your initials, located in the top right between Enter Promo Code and Sign Out
- Scroll down and under Ticket Management, click on Spartan Ticket Turnback
- Click the Return link below the game you wish to return
- Check one box for each individual seat you wish to turn back to Spartan Athletics
- Click Submit
- You will be asked to confirm your request on the following page
- You will receive an email confirmation stating that the Ticket Turnback was successful
On Mobile Phone/Browser
- Click HERE to sign in to your MSU Athletics Ticketing Account
- Sign in to your MSU Athletics Ticketing Account
- Click the drop down menu icon in the top left
- Click on My Account
- Slide the Ticket Management in the second bubble to the right and click on Return Tickets
- Check one box for each individual seat you wish to turn back to Spartan Athletics
- Click Submit
- You will be asked to confirm your request on the following page
- You will receive an email confirmation stating that the Ticket Turnback was successful
Please destroy the original ticket(s) as their barcode has been deactivated. A person trying to gain admission with the original ticket will be denied entry.
