2022-23 (Junior):
Academic All-Big Ten ... Appeared in six games and tallied one assist ... Was a +4 and blocked three shots ... Recorded his first collegiate point on a Miroslav Mucha goal against UMass-Lowell (10/13) ... Returned from injury in the sweep at Miami (11/25-26) with three blocked shots.
2021-22 (Sophomore):
Academic All-Big Ten ... Appeared in 28 of 36 Spartan games, and ranked fourth on the team in blocked shots (47) ... Played both games of the Air Force series, and tied his career best with five blocked shots in the second game (10/8-9) ... Had a blocked shot in each game of the GLI vs. Western Michigan and Michigan Tech (12/29-30) ... Blocked a pair of shots in the Ohio State series (1/21-22) ... Blocked three shots in the two-game set with Notre Dame, tied for the team high (2/18-19) ... Blocked four shots in each game of the final regular-season series against Penn State (2/25-26) .... Had five blocks in the B1G quarterfinal series at Michigan (3/4-5).
2020-21 (Freshman):
AHCA/Krampade Academic All-American Scholar … Saw action in 15 games and led all rookies with 25 blocked shots … Made his collegiate debut at Notre Dame on Dec. 19.
Prior to MSU:
Played four seasons in the BCHL … Was third among all Trail Smoke Eaters defensemen in points in 2019-20 with a career-high 27, and his 21 assists ranked second among the team’s blueliners … Played for Canada West at the 2019 World Junior A Challenge … Recorded 11 points (2g, 9a) in 47 games in 2018-19, while adding five assists in 12 playoff games for Trail … Played the 2017-18 season for the Chilliwack Chiefs where he was second in points (21) and assists (19) among the team’s defensemen … Helped lead Chilliwack to the 2018 RBC Cup title … Made his BCHL debut in 2016-17, playing 49 regular season games for Chilliwack, producing 16 points (3g, 13a) … Saw action in 23 playoff games as well as a rookie, helping Chilliwack to the BCHL Fred Page Cup final.
