INDOOR: Put together a strong sophomore campaign lowering her personal records across multiple distance fields... Set a new personal best in the 3000m at the GVSU Big Meet with a sharp 9:53.60 performance... Shaved time off her lifetime record in the mile at the Meyo Invitational, crossing the finish line in 5:00.70... Began the season with a fifth-place finish in the 3000m (9:59.89) at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational and placed eighth in the mile at the Alex Wilson Invitational.

OUTDOOR: Made her collegiate outdoor debut and focused heavily on the distance events... Dropped a massive personal record in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays, clocking a lifetime-best 17:10.59... Lowered her personal record in the 1500m to 4:40.89 to take 14th place at the Auto-Owners Insurance Spartan Invitational... Added an eighth-place finish in the 5000m (17:13.74) at the Wake Forest Invitational and went on to compete in the 3000m steeplechase at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships.
