In her current role, Baker handles all aspects of team video, including filming of practices and games along with breakdown of opposing team video and film exchange. She creates individual player edits, as well as opponent scout edits. In addition to video, Baker assists with the day-to-day operations of the office and is integral in Spartan basketball summer camps.
During her first three years at Michigan State, Baker was been instrumental in various areas of the program. In 2011-12, she assisted with all the internal video production, including filming games and practices, producing scouting reports and individual player videos, and managing the film exchange system. As a GA, Baker acted as head manager, and assisted with team travel, in addition to work with the video staff.
Baker earned her master's degree in sport administration from MSU in 2011, after previously graduating from Siena Heights University in 2009 with a degree in sports management.
Baker comes from a long list of family members who graduated from Michigan State - brother, Dustin (2012); father, Jim (1983); mother, Lori (1984); grandfather, Dick (1960); grandfather, John (1949) and grandmother, Jane (1949).
