2019: Named to Academic All-Big Ten during the spring season … Sat in the bow seat in all six regattas for the second varsity eight … Had a season-best time of 6:28.56 in the finals of the Lake Wheeler Invite … Defeated Indiana twice at the Ivy League-Big Ten Double Dual with times of 6:40.8 and 7:04.55 … Defeated Rutgers at the Big Ten Double Dual with a time of 6:37.12 … Took second at the Dale England Cup with a time of 7:46.5 … Finished behind Michigan and Louisville on May 5 with a time of 6:48.91 … Took fifth at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 6:42.497.
2018: CRCA National Scholar-Athlete … Academic All-Big Ten … Opened the season in the two seat of the varsity eight at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational, (3/17-18), defeating boats from Miami, Minnesota, Clemson, and Tennessee … Fell to both Harvard/Radcliffe and Yale in the Big Ten/Ivy League Double Dual in the varsity eight (3/24) … Went up against stiff competition at the Pac-12 Challenge (3/31), racing in the five seat of the second varsity eight in races against USC, Cal, and Stanford … Split the day of action at the Big Ten Double Dual (4/6), falling to Iowa before rebounding with a half-length win over Indiana in the bow seat of the varsity eight … Raced at the Big Ten/ACC Challenge in the three seat of the second varsity eight (4/21), defeating San Diego twice and downing Notre Dame, but falling to Duke …
2017: Opened the season with strong performances at the Oak Ridge Cardinal in the novice eight, finishing a half-length behind Virginia in a time of 6:52.551 and defeating Notre Dame and West Virginia in the morning session and posting a heat victory in a time 6:58.975 with a 45-second margin over the Mountaineers and Tennessee in the afternoon (3/11) ... On Sunday at Oak Ridge (3/12), was less than a second off the pace of first-place Virginia (6:48.318) and defeated the Spartan 2N8 and Tennessee by several lengths of open water ... Rowed in a pair of novice eight races at Michigan (3/25), opening the day by finishing ahead of the host Wolverines and visiting Radcliffe in a time of 7:07.53, more than 11 seconds ahead of UM and 17 in front of Radcliffe ... Was second to Yale in the evening session, nine seconds behind the Bulldogs but still six seats ahead of Michigan in a time of 7:02.73 ... In a Big Ten Double Dual at Indiana (4/1) in the novice eight, posted a pair of commanding open-water victories, defeating the Hawkeyes by more than 26 seconds in a time of 6:44.62 before finishing 23 seconds ahead of second-place Kansas and more than 27 seconds over Indiana (6:54.80) ... Hosting a Big Ten Double Dual on Lake Ovid (4/8), rowed to a pair of commanding wins on the day in the novice eight, clocked in 6:46.35 in the morning, about a half a length of open water ahead of UW (6:52.35); MSU then had a 28-second margin over Minnesota in the afternoon ( 6:50.24 - 7:18.44)... In the novice eight, raced twice on the Charles River in Cambridge, Mass. (4/22-23) against several Boston-area crews. The Spartans and Huskies were in a dogfight as they made their way down the course, but the Spartans caught a crab ... Fell to Radcliffe (7:04.3) in the Sunday race, with MSU second in 7:13.0. Boston College had two entries in the event, which finished in 7:27.2 and 7:31.7... Had a rough day in the novice eight at the Big Ten Championships (5/14), as the Spartans caught an ejection crab in the final 500 that dictated an eighth-place finish.

Great Grandfather, William Uckele, competed in pole vault at MSU in 1937... Member of National Honor Society... Hobbies include marching band, jazz band, pit orchestra and solo ensemble... Majoring in biomedical laboratory diagnostics and aspires to be a pediatrician.
