2018: Big Ten Distinguished Scholar … Academic All-Big Ten … Coxed the season-opener in the third varsity four at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational, (3/17-18), defeating Tennessee …
2017: A 2017 CRCA National Scholar Athlete... A 2017 Academic All-Big Ten selection... Opened the season with in the varsity four at the Oak Ridge Cardinal in the varsity four, posting a pair of third-place finishes in the first two sessions (3/11). Was behind Virginia and Notre Dame in a time of 7:51.070 in the morning, and behind Minnesota and Clemson (7:54.263) in the afternoon ... On Sunday at Oak Ridge (3/12), was fourth behind Virginia, Michigan, and Tennessee in a time of 7:56.439 ... In a Big Ten Double Dual at Indiana (4/1), helped the varsity four to a time of 7:36.30 in the afternoon to have open water over both Indiana and Kansas and was just over eight seconds off the pace of Iowa in the morning session (7:34.02) ... Hosting a Big Ten Double Dual on Lake Ovid (4/8), rowed in the varsity four which clocked a morning time of 7:38.8 behind No. 11 Wisconsin ( 7:18.82), but avenged a loss to Minnesota earlier in the season by downing the Gophers by just over a length in the afternoon (7:29.82- 7:36.99) ... Raced in a pair of varsity four entries in Cambridge, Mass on the Charles River, finishing with open water over Northeastern (7:28.400- 7:35.290), with UMass and BU battling it out for third (4/22) ... Completed the weekend on the Charles in the V4 by finishing in a time of 7:30.9, just under a length ahead of Radcliffe (7:33.6), and both crews were 30 seconds ahead of Boston College (4/23)... At the Big Ten Championships (5/14), rowed in the second varsity four, where the seventh-seeded Spartans finished three spots ahead of its seeding, in fourth place in a time of 7:21.910 ...
2016: Academic All-Big Ten selection ... Opened the season at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational as the coxswain of the varsity four, (3/12-13) and avenged an early-session loss to Kansas in the afternoon. Kansas was second behind Oklahoma in the morning, and two lengths ahead of MSU, (7:29.94-7:37.95). In the afternoon MSU bested Kansas to finish third behind Virginia and Notre Dame, and was clocked in a time of 7:18.24 -- two full seconds ahead of the Jayhawks (7:20.22). Wrapped up the racing at Oak Ridge with a second-place finish to Minnesota (7:51.120), ahead of UCF and West Virginia ... Finished third in both second varsity four races at the Big Ten/ACC Challenge (4/2) in Columbus, posting times of 8:03.9 and 8:43.0 in rapidly declining conditions... Had a rough outing in the second varsity four at the Big Ten Double Dual in Princeton, NJ (4/9), falling to both Rutgers (8:21.9) and Ohio State (9:24.4) by open water ... Took fourth in the second varsity four race in Columbus against the No. 3 Buckeyes second and third varsity fours, as well as Syracuse (4/24) ...
2015: Coxswain of the second novice eight for the final six racing weekends of the season ... Split action in a Big Ten Double Dual at Michigan (4/11), downing Iowa by more than a length of open water (7:24.20-7:31.22) and falling to Indiana (7:11.1-7:16.2) by a length ... Finished fourth in the second novice eight race at the Clemson Invitational (4/18-19), but the Spartans had to pull out of the other two races due to injuries ... Finished fourth at Ohio State with Michigan and Syracuse (4/25) ... Finished second in the semifinal heat at the Big Ten Championships in Indianapolis (5/16-17), and fourth place in the second novice eight grand final, just two seconds off a medal-winning time.
