2011: Rowed as a member of the varsity eight for the second year... Captured a Big Ten gold medal in the varsity eight when the Spartans took first place in the race with a time of 6:17.12, a 3.41-second margin of victory over Ohio State at the Big Ten Championships ... Advanced to the Grand Finals at the NCAA regatta where the varsity eight rowed to a sixth place finish with a time of 6:36.12... Helped the Spartans capture the Dale England Cup with a sweep of Boston University, Gonzaga and Indiana and posted a 4.1 second victory over the Hoosiers ... Captured two Big Ten victories over Minnesota and Wisconsin with the varsity eight in the Spartans[apos] only home race ... Rowed to a win over Texas by 4.3 seconds... Defeated both Ohio State and Washington State with the second varsity eight.
2010: Rowed in every meet with the varsity eight in the fourth seat... Defeated both No. 9 Michigan and Notre Dame in the first meet of the season... Posted a season-best time of 6:15.9 in wins over Gonzaga and Buffalo... Recorded victories over Cornell, Indiana and Ohio State by 12 seconds or more... Took first place in the Big Ten Championships with a time of 6:17.41... Rowed to a second place finish in the 2010 South/Central Sprints... Came in 7th place in the 2010 NCAA Regatta with a time of 6:28.53.
2009: Rowed as a member of the second varsity eight crew in all seven races, rowing in the six and five seats ... Helped the second varsity eight to a Petite Final victory at the NCAA Regatta clocking in a time of 6:37.83 in an open water victory ... Helped the second varsity eight to a second place finish at the Aramark South/Central Sprints recording a time of 6:13.40 ... Member of the second varsity eight crew which took first at the Big Ten Championships in a time of 6:15.07 ... Helped lead the second varsity eight to a pair of victories at the Dale England Cup.
