Formerly a Michigan native and No. 1 tennis player for the University of Detroit, Patrick Page joins the women's tennis coaching staff as a volunteer assistant coach for the 2019-20 season.
In the 1980s, Pat headed south to Hilton Head Island to work as director of tennis for the legendary Rod Laver.
Page also worked in Los Angeles, California, where he created, wrote and produced prime-time television. Before heading back to Michigan, he returned to Hilton Head, where he taught at a major tennis resort and was a professor of film and television at the Savannah College of Art & Design.
Page is a USPTA - Elite teaching professional and competed nationally, being seeded as high as No. 5 at men's 30s National Indoor Championships and winning the 1994 USPTA National Team Championship.
