A member of Spartan Vision since 2013, Justin Garant was named Senior All-Access Producer in July of 2018.
Garant oversees a staff of 3 full-time employees, an intern and undergraduate assistants responsible for the video efforts of Michigan State athletics.
While serving as a producer and now senior producer, Justin has helped Spartan Vision win numerous Michigan Emmy, Michigan Association of Broadcasters and Telly Awards.
During his time at Michigan State Justin has helped share the stories and moments that make up some of the greatest years in Spartan athletics. Big Ten Championships, bowl games, Final Fours, NBA and NFL Drafts and international travel highlight some of the amazing moments that he’s helped share with Spartan Nation.
Prior to Michigan State Justin served as the Digital Media Coordinator at Alma College, a photojournalist at WCCB-TV in Charlotte, NC. and worked freelance for the Charlotte Bobcats. Justin credits his high school broadcasting class and his job with WBUP-TV in Marquette, MI. as the key reasons he pursued a career in video production. Garant received his bachelor's degree in Media Production and New Technology from Northern Michigan University in 2007
