Opened season with loss to Brent Jones of Minnesota in the Minnesota/Maryland tri-meet on Jan. 16 in East Lansing ... Was in lineup in the Nebraska dual portion of the Nebraska/Indiana tri-meet in Bloomington, Ind. on Feb. 6, dropping a 6-1 decision to No. 6 Chad Red Jr. of Nebraska ...
