Ben Klein works in the Sports Science department as the men's basketball analytics and sports scientist.
Klein previously spent the summer of 2023 interning with the Chicago Bulls as a Sports Science/Strength and Conditioning Intern.
Prior to Klein's arrival at Michigan State, he spent eight months interning with the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas. In addition, he spent the summer of 2021 as a Sports Performance Intern with FC Cincinnati.
Throughout the entirety of his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, Klein was a Sports Science Intern for the wrestling and men’s lacrosse teams.
Klein graduated from Ohio State in May 2022 with his bachelor's degree in communications. He is currently finishing up his master’s degree in kinesiology. He is certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (CSCS), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (PES), and USA Weightlifting (USAW Level 1).
