Cameron Stilson

Cameron Stilson was hired as a professional intern with Michigan State Athletic Performance in August of 2026.
Prior to Michigan State, Stilson was an Assistant Sports Performance Coach at Juniata College from January 2025 until August 2026. In this role, she served as the head sports performance coach for men’s and women’s soccer, baseball, women’s lacrosse, field hockey, men’s and women’s track & field and cross country. She assisted with football, men’s basketball, golf, and tennis.
Stilson interned with the Olympic Strength and Conditioning program at the University of Michigan in the fall of 2024 assisting all Olympic teams. Before Michigan, she interned with the strength and conditioning program at Northern Michigan University for the 2022-2023 season assisting with all teams.
She earned a master’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Michigan in 2024, and a bachelor’s degree in sports science from Northern Michigan University in 2023, where she was also a 5-year member of the DII women’s lacrosse team.
Stilson is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS) and USA Weightlifting (Level 1).
