Education: Lawson received an M.S. in sport management from Eastern Michigan University in 2015 and graduated from Michigan State in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in communication.
Job Responsibilities: Lawson is responsible for all aspects of NCAA legislation related to financial aid, including preparing squad lists and national letter of intent/scholarship paperwork. She also serves as a liaison to the office of financial aid, residence education and housing services, student accounts, and parking.
Past Experience: Before returning to Michigan State, Lawson served as a compliance coordinator at the University of North Dakota from 2015-2016.
