Job Responsibilities: Herold oversees Ticket Sales, Service, and Operations, with responsibility for driving sustainable revenue growth through innovative strategies.

Bio: Prior to joining Michigan State, Herold served as Director of Premium Sales & Service for the Detroit Pistons. In this leadership role, he oversaw all sales and service operations for premium hospitality at Little Caesars Arena, driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall member experience. His responsibilities included developing and executing a year-round business development strategy for premium members and corporate partners, while leading a team focused on the proactive sale and activation of premium memberships. He also played a key role in strengthening partner relationships through exclusive access, tailored benefits, and curated events.

Before joining the Pistons, Herold spent 10 years with the Arizona Coyotes, holding various leadership roles across ticketing and membership services. He has also held positions with Live Nation, the Pittsburgh Pirates, the San Diego Padres, and the Columbus Crew.
