Sean Levy is in his seventh season working in player personnel for Michigan State football.

Levy arrived at MSU in 2020 as a player personnel coordinator and served in that role for two years before being appointed an assistant director of player personnel in 2022. He was named director of player personnel in 2023, switched roles to director of player personnel for offense in 2024, and returned to director of player personnel in 2025.

Prior to his role at Michigan State, Levy spent two seasons (2018-19) at Akron, the first as a recruiting intern and the second as a recruiting/operations assistant.

Levy earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing sales from Virginia Tech in 2018 and his master’s degree in business administration from Akron in 2020. While getting his undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech, Levy worked two years as a recruiting analyst for 247Sports in addition to serving as a sports club supervisor for the school.
