MSU Men's Gymnastics Falls to No. 3 Ohio State

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Michigan State men's gymnastics team fell to third-ranked Ohio State today, Feb. 9, at St. John Arena in Columbus, Ohio. Ohio State defeated MSU by a score of 216.450 to 212.950.
Junior Jonathon Plante regained his pommel horse title with a score of 9.650, creating a new season high. Two freshman top the still rings, Taft Dorman took first (9.400) and Andrew Davis tied for second (9.250), giving each of them new season and career highs. Sophomore Brad Golden finished third in three events: floor exercise (9.150), parallel bars (8.850), high bar (8.850), and second on the vault (9.200).
The Spartans next competition is at Illinois-Chicago on Sat., Feb. 24, at 8 p.m.
