ORLANDO, Fla. - Under sunny skies and temperatures in the mid-70s, the Michigan State football team held its fourth and final bowl practice in Orlando at Freedom High School Tuesday afternoon.
Following practice, senior captains Brian Hoyer, Justin Kershaw, Javon Ringer and Otis Wiley attended the Capital One Bowl player press conference at B.B. King's Blues Club in Pointe Orlando.
In the evening, head coach Mark Dantonio and MSU's 16 seniors were greeted by hundreds of fans and the marching band at the Michigan State pep rally, which was also held at Pointe Orlando.
The entire Spartan team and coaching staff will attend Wednesday's Capital One Bowl Kickoff Luncheon at noon, followed by a team photo at Citrus Bowl Stadium in the afternoon.
No. 19/18 Michigan State and No. 16/17 Georgia will meet in the 2009 Capital One Bowl on Jan. 1 at 1 p.m. on ABC.
